Condition of the item(s) & Return Policy:
The item(s) were used in a school environment for many years, and have not been tested for functionality. Physical or cosmetic damage and/or electronic failure may be evident, and components or items may be missing from the item that would otherwise inhibit usage on the said item(s). Accordingly, we have listed the item(s) as FOR PARTS or NOT WORKING. We will not authorize any return requests for items sold in this condition, as no warranty is implied or provided through the sale of the item(s) through this auction and sold As-Is under the above condition. We only offer returns on an item listed as Used that arrives damaged or otherwise defective, and will refund upon receipt of the item(s). We will not authorize any return requests for items sold in the United States that are reshipped by re-shippers or services companies to overseas buyers.
Payment Terms:
Payment is expected from the buyer within 48 hours of auction end through PayPal. At this time we only accept PayPal as a payment form. We reserve the right to relist or second chance offer the item(s) to other bidders if payment cannot be made in a timely manner, and will leave accurate feedback to reflect the transaction in accordance with eBay’s feedback policy.
Local Pick Up Instructions:
Note: State Law and District Policies prohibit the use of tobacco products on the site, vaping, and the possession of alcohol or firearms. Individuals that are criminal sex offenders are not allowed on the property. If you are planning to pick up your items, please wear a mask when doing so. You may also be required to supply a government-issued ID at the time of pickup to confirm the buyer’s identity.
You as the buyer agree to the local pick up instructions provided below. The buyer will be required to pick up the auction items within 10 business days of auction close. If you cannot schedule a pickup within the above time-frame please contact the seller immediately. Failure to pick up your items after 10 business days, may result in the forfeiture of your items without refund, or we may choose to relist or second chance offer the item(s) to other bidders and refund the buyer the purchase cost.

for pickup. It
will be staffed 5 minutes before and up to 15 minutes after the time and date that you provide.
You will need to schedule your pick up at least 24 hours in advance
. The easiest way to locate this pickup point is to proceed down Henry Street past the Tennis Courts into the rear parking lot to the double metal doors marked 30B.
As a local pick up auction, the item(s) will likely not be packed for shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they bring adequate packaging to ensure the safe transport of the purchased item(s) from the seller’s facility. Many of our items are offered with shipping and a local pick up option for local buyers, but we will not arrange to ship items that are offered only as a local pick up item.
