We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the destination is deemed a remote location that is not commonly accessible by truck, such as but not limited to: islands, mountainous areas, rough terrain areas, highly forested areas, across bridges with weight restrictions, and other extremely remote locations. We will not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, the Florida Keys or Puerto Rico. We do not ship anywhere outside of the continental United States.
This item will ship via freight carrier / common carrier which will include a liftgate. This item ships on a shipping pallet/s. You may or may not receive a phone call to schedule delivery. You, the customer will need to be readily available to schedule delivery. The carrier will typically bring the pallet up a standard driveway (20-50 feet). The freight carrier WILL NOT come up private driveways, unpaved roads / driveways / streets, dead end roads / streets, roads and / or driveways with any obstruction.
DO NOT refuse delivery under any circumstance. If you refuse delivery for any reason you will be responsible for all return freight charges and restocking fees. If anything is damaged, accept delivery, and contact us within 5 business days with pictures and a list of parts that are damaged - we will replace all damaged parts as long as they are reported within the above timeframe. These cabinets are packaged extremely well and even though a box may show damages it does not mean the product itself is damaged.
