Shipping Policy and terms:
Do not let the delivery service member leave until you have
thoroughly
inspected the game. Do not sign for it until you have removed your contents and checked for damage and unintended markings. If they cannot wait for you to inspect with them there make a note on the paperwork "Delivery service cannot wait to inspect" also note any damage, cuts, scrap marks you see.
If damage is apparent, please note it on the paperwork, and take pictures. Take pictures of any damage/marks to the shipping box and the game you purchased. Make sure you receive a copy of the completed paperwork with all the notes. If they do not have duplicates or refuse to leave you a copy then take a picture of the paperwork. T
hen send me a message with all the photos and a copy of the delivery paperwork, can be a photo. As soon as I have that I can get with the delivery company and start a claim.
If you sign for it and do not make notes on the paperwork you are saying the game is 100% working and acceptable. You cannot start a claim after this point. There are no returns for any reason.
