    Excellent condition, structurally
    Cosmetically, it has the normal scratches, rubs, and areas associated with household use. There are minor scuffs on the buffet top. The top middle drawer has red, pen and pencil marks.
    Circa 1776 features distressing, darkening, and other antiquing processes the EA craftsmen selected to make it look old & unique.
    The majority of old growth maple trees are gone
