Excellent condition structurally.
Cosmetically, there will be the normal scuffs, dings, and scratches associated with regular household use. Due to the age of CRP pieces and their practical nature, there is always some evidence of cosmetic use. Overall, very nice cosmetically.
Shipment is not included.
Local Pick up. Buyer picks up in Sargent, Nebraska or has the shipper of their choice pick up at 68874. The shipper picks up/packs/prepares and ships the item. There are a plethora of  shippers  available online providing quotes.
Buyer pays shipping costs separately to the shipper if they are unable to pick up at 68874. Earthjunk offers a generous time line within which to pick up furniture. Pick up must be scheduled 72 hours in advance of arrival. Earthjunk is open by appointment only.
