The book and pages are in
excellent, mint condition, as I recently discovered these in their unopened packing boxes purchased directly from the author some years back. Dick Grob recently passed away in 2020, making these editions even more precious and hard to come by. I have seen some dealers on the internet asking over 00 for a copy without the dust jacket. This one has its original dust jacket with no wear!!
