DIRECT FROM THE ELVIS PAWN SHOP IN MEMPHIS
Charlie Hodge accompanied his friend Elvis Presley to Hawaii in 1965. Elvis was there to film Paradise Hawaiian Style. Elvis stopped in to the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor with some of the Memphis Mafia, The Colonel and his Father Vernon Presley.
This original photo of Charlie Hodge was taken by Marty Lacker the day they visited Pearl Harbor. It’s like Charlie said to Marty... Hey Marty take my photo in front of this ship.
