18’ BBQ Concession Trailer: Turnkey Operation

Description

This concession trailer is fully outfitted and ready tosmoke and serve BBQ plus sides.
Thekitchen is in a 12’ enclosed space while the smoker sits on a 6’ porch inback.
The whole thing is built on an 18’South Ga. Cargo trailer.
Includes 3500watt generator, on-demand propane water heater, 16.6 cu. ft. refrigerator (110volt), 4 burner gas range and oven with a conventional “household” hood, 3 baysink plus a separate hand washing sink, 3’ x 4’ Smoker (propane and wood), andair conditioner.
Many components arerelatively new.
The 100 lb. propane tankwas inspected and the generator was purchased in spring of 2019.
The air conditioner and water heater werereplaced in the summer/fall of 2019.
Newtires in the winter of 2019. The water pump was replaced in the spring of2020.
All of this saw very little use in2020 due to COVID; I had only one gig in November of 2020.
Those tires probably don’t have more than 200miles on them.
