You can avoid this charge by picking up at the carrier's local terminal if you'd like.
LTL Freight carriers also charge for any additional services such as lift gate, appointments and notification prior to delivery
When you sign for your shipment, you are signing that you received it in good condition.
You must notate any damage on delivery receipt or just refuse it due to damage so we can send you a replacement order.
